Overview

The Y-Box is the simple way to turn almost any parallel port matrix or laser printer into an iSeries AS/400 Twinax IPDS/AFP printer. 

Works with IBM 4247, Printek, EPSON, OKI, Lexmark, and others with IBM ProPrinter emulation printers with 9/18/24 pin dot matrix and line matrix impact printers.  Also works with most laser printers.

Features

  • Supports most important IPDS functions - IPDS Towers DC, PS, OL. PT, IM, BC. Also Towers GR and LF with restrictions
  • Connects to most matrix, PC compatible printers or PPDS lasers.
  • Emulates an IBM 4224 IPDS Matrix Printer
  • Emulates an IBM 3812-2 IPDS Laser Printer
